以组织学及组织化学定量分析方法,检测4~7月龄胎儿真皮组织中结缔组织纤维、血管数、多糖及核酸量的动态变化,结果表明:真皮中胶原纤维及弹性纤维的面积百分比随月龄的增大而增高;血管计数及多糖、核酸的平均光密度值均于孕6月组达最大值。提示:真皮的发育和分化与月龄和循环系统的发育关系密切,孕5月前较为缓慢,孕6月后进入加速和完善阶段。
The dynamic changes of connective tissue fibers, blood vessels, polysaccharides and nucleic acids in fetal dermal tissue from 4 to 7 months were detected by histological and histochemical quantitative analysis. The results showed that the area percentages of collagen fibers and elastic fibers in dermis were The age increased and increased; the blood vessel count and the average optical density of polysaccharides and nucleic acids reached the maximum in the first trimester of pregnancy.
