为了降低中引水厂水处理成本,供水净水剂开发研究中心使用多种水处理剂品种,如聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁等进行了室内试验,发现复合聚氯化铝铁试验效果较理想。从原料配比、生产工艺及主要技术参数的方面进行多次试验,研制出一套合理配比的生产工艺参数。试验表明,这套生产工艺参数能够适用于净水剂现有的生产工艺,减少了固定资产的投入,原材料利用率高,产品性能稳定。
In order to reduce the water treatment cost of the water diversion plant, the Water Purification Agent Development Research Center conducted indoor tests using a variety of water treatment agent varieties such as polyaluminum chloride and polyferric sulfate, and found that the test results of the composite polyaluminum chloride are satisfactory . From the raw material ratio, the production process and the main technical parameters of the many tests, developed a reasonable ratio of the production process parameters. Experiments show that this set of production process parameters can be applied to the existing production process of water purification agent, reducing the investment in fixed assets, high utilization of raw materials, product performance and stability.
