本文采用大田小区试验,通过与常规肥料进行对比,系统地分析了相同灌溉条件下控释复肥对韭菜产量、品质的影响。研究结果表明:(1)在施肥量近1/3、1/5的水平下,在不增加肥料投入成本的情况下,两个控释复肥处理韭菜的产量有显著的增加,分别增产19.92%和15.72%。根据经济效应衡量,韭菜每公顷地控释复肥的用量在600 kg/hm2为益。(2)与常规肥料处理相比,韭菜专用肥、控释复肥1、2处理韭菜中维生素C含量分别增加13.19 mg/100g、29.42 mg/100g、27.65 mg/100g。(3)控释复肥1、2处理韭菜中还原糖含量分别增加0.60 mg/kg、0.54 mg/kg。(4)在施肥量相同的水平下,硝酸盐的含量韭菜专用肥比常规复混肥低6.92mg/kg;在肥料养分比例相同,施肥量不同的水平下控释复肥1比控释复肥2高2.45mg/kg。(4)在施肥量相同的水平下,硝酸盐的含量韭菜专用肥比常规复混肥低6.92mg/kg;在肥料养分比例相同,施肥量不同的水平下控释复肥1比控释复肥2高2.45 mg/kg。
In this paper, field trials were conducted to compare the effects of controlled release compound fertilizers on yield and quality of Chinese chives under the same irrigation conditions by comparing with conventional fertilizers. The results showed that: (1) Under the condition of nearly 1/3 and 1/5 of fertilizer application, the yield of two chives treated with controlled-release compound fertilizer increased significantly without increasing the input cost of fertilizer, increasing yield by 19.92 % And 15.72%.
