目的:优选泡沫分离法提取竹节参总皂苷的工艺条件。方法:以富集比、纯度比、回收率为指标,对气泡大小、原料液温度、电解质质量浓度及pH等影响泡沫分离的主要因素进行考察,采用单因素试验优化泡沫分离法提取竹节参皂苷的工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为气泡直径0.4~0.5 mm,温度65℃,pH 5.5,电解质NaCl摩尔浓度0.015 mol·L-1,总皂苷富集比2.1,纯度比2.6,回收率98.33%。结论:泡沫分离法分离竹节参总皂苷方法稳定可靠,产品收率高,为天然竹节参皂苷的开发利用提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the technological conditions for the extraction of total saponins from S. japonicus by foam separation. Methods: The main factors influencing foam separation, such as bubble size, temperature of raw material, electrolyte concentration and pH, were investigated by enrichment ratio, purity ratio and recovery rate. Single factor experiments were used to optimize the method of foam separation to extract bamboo ginseng Saponin process conditions. Results: The optimal extraction process was as follows: bubble diameter 0.4-0.5 mm, temperature 65 ℃, pH 5.5, molar concentration of electrolyte NaCl 0.015 mol·L-1, total saponin concentration 2.1, purity ratio 2.6, recovery 98.33%. CONCLUSION: The method of separation by foam separation is stable and reliable, and the product yield is high. It provides the experimental basis for the development and utilization of natural sanshinone.
