目的:探讨温阳强心方对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)家兔细胞因子的影响。方法:选取40只普通级新西兰兔,随机抽取10只作为对照组,另30只建立CHF模型,按照心功能分层随机分为CHF模型组、轻剂量和重剂量温阳强心方组,每组10只。对照组和模型组均给予等量蒸馏水灌胃,轻剂量和重剂量温阳强心方组分别给予煎煮方10m L/kg(含原药材2.3g)、10m L/kg(含原药材3.5g)。比较各组家兔白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和内皮素-1(ET-1)的变化情况。结果:CHF模型组、轻剂量和重剂量温阳强心方组的IL-10、TNF-α和ET-1水平均明显高于对照组,重剂量组的TNF-α水平低于轻剂量组,IL-10高于轻剂组。结论:温阳强心方可降低CHF家兔的TNF-α和ET-1水平,促使IL-10升高,其中重剂量组的疗效尤为突出。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Wenyangqiangxin Recipe on cytokines in rabbits with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Forty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly selected. Ten rabbits were randomly selected as the control group. The other 30 rabbits were randomly divided into CHF group, CHF group and light and heavy dose of Wenyangqiangxinfang Group of 10. The control group and model group were given the same amount of distilled water gavage, light dose and heavy dose of Wenyangqiangxin Fang group were given decoction 10m L / kg (containing the original drug 2.3g), 10m L / kg g). The changes of interleukin-10, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in rabbits in each group were compared. Results: The levels of IL-10, TNF-α and ET-1 in CHF group, light dose and heavy dose group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the levels of TNF-α in heavy dose group were lower than those in light dose group , IL-10 higher than the light dose group. Conclusion: Wenyangqiangxin Decoction can reduce the level of TNF-α and ET-1 in CHF rabbits and promote the increase of IL-10, especially in the heavy dose group.
