目的对从食物中毒患者粪便标本以及可疑食物中分离到的病原菌,进行表型和毒力基因的鉴定以及同源性分析。方法参照食品卫生微生物学检验中副溶血性弧菌检验方法(GB/T4789.7-2008),分离鉴定副溶血性弧菌。对检出的副溶血性弧菌做血清分型、耐药性、毒力基因(toxR、trh、tdh、tlh)的测定,并用脉冲场凝胶电泳(Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis,PFGE)测定菌株的同源性。结果从3份食物标本和5份患者粪便标本中检出副溶血性弧菌8株,8株菌分属于不同的血清型。8株菌的生物学性状和药物敏感性试验一致。8株菌的toxR和tlh均阳性,trh均阴性,tdh为粪便标本均阳性,食物标本均阴性。8株菌共产生6种PFGE带型。结论此次食物中毒由副溶血性弧菌引起,但分离于粪便标本和分离于可疑食物标本的菌株之间,其PFGE带型比较分散,可能是由副溶血性弧菌多种O抗原群混合污染引起。
Objective To identify phenotype and virulence genes and to analyze homology of pathogenic bacteria isolated from stool samples and suspicious foods of food poisoning patients. Methods Reference Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food hygiene microbiology test (GB / T4789.7-2008), isolation and identification of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Serotypes, drug resistance and virulence genes (toxR, trh, tdh, tlh) of the tested Vibrio parahaemolyticus were measured, and the strain’s strain was determined by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) Homology. Results Eight Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were isolated from three food samples and five fecal samples. The eight isolates belonged to different serotypes. The biological characters of the 8 strains were consistent with the drug susceptibility test. 8 strains of toxR and tlh were positive, trh were negative, tdh stool samples were positive, food samples were negative. Eight strains produced a total of six PFGE patterns. Conclusion The food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus, but isolated from stool specimens and strains isolated from suspect food samples, the PFGE band type is relatively dispersed, may be a mixture of Vibrio parahaemolyticus multiple O antigen groups Caused by pollution
