以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,在没有氮气和引发剂情况下,采用静置热聚合法,合成2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)/壳聚糖(CTS)/顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)三元共聚吸附树脂。通过单因素试验研究了树脂对碱性品红及蒸馏水的吸附影响,并运用热重-微分热重(TG-DTG)对树脂的热稳定性进行分析。实验结果表明,树脂对碱性品红和蒸馏水具有较好的吸附性,其最大吸附量分别为58.0mg/g和1189g/g。TG-DTG分析表明该树脂在330℃之前具有很好的热稳定性。
N, N’-methylenebisacrylamide (NMBA) was used as crosslinking agent to synthesize 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid in the absence of nitrogen and initiator AMPS) / chitosan (CTS) / maleic anhydride (MA) terpolymer resin. The influence of resin on the adsorption of basic fuchsine and distilled water was studied by single factor experiment. The thermal stability of the resin was analyzed by TG-DTG. The experimental results show that the resin has good adsorption to basic fuchsine and distilled water, and the maximum adsorption capacity is 58.0mg / g and 1189g / g, respectively. TG-DTG analysis showed that the resin had good thermal stability before 330 ℃.
