蛋鸡场采用的清粪技术包括人工清粪、刮粪板清粪、传送带清粪等。本文通过现场调研不同地区不同规模的蛋鸡养殖场清粪技术,构建了层次分析法模型,从技术成熟度、技术应用效果、技术经济评价等方面对蛋鸡场清粪技术进行了效能评价。结果表明,蛋鸡场采用人工清粪、刮粪板清粪和传送带清粪技术效能得分分别为77.72、85.83和87.36,传送带清粪和刮粪板清粪技术的效能得分均显著高于人工清粪技术(P<0.05),传送带清粪技术效能与刮粪板清粪技术间无显著差异(P>0.05);随着蛋鸡存栏数的增加,传送带清粪技术的效能值增加,但不同规模未显著影响传送带清粪技术效能(P>0.05);年存栏20万~50万只商品蛋鸡的蛋鸡场,采用刮粪板清粪、传送带清粪和人工清粪技术时效能值分别为85.83、84.00和77.72,3种清粪技术间差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究可为不同规模和不同区域的蛋鸡场选用清粪技术时提供参考。
Cleansing technology used in laying henhouse include manual cleaning, manure scraping, manure removal and so on. In this paper, through the field investigation of different areas of different levels of chicken farms cleaning dung techniques, the establishment of the AHP model, from the technical maturity, technical application effects, technical and economic evaluation of the performance of egg farms stool performance evaluation. The results showed that the technical performance scores of laying hens with artificial cleaning, manure removal and conveyor cleaning were respectively 77.72, 85.83 and 87.36, and the performance scores of conveyor belt cleaning and manure removal were significantly higher than those of artificial cleaning (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the technical performance of the conveyer belt cleaning and the manure removal technique (P> 0.05). With the increase of the number of laying hens, the effectiveness of the conveyer belt cleaning technique increased, but different Scale did not significantly affect the technical performance of conveyor belt cleaning (P> 0.05). The laying hen with 200,000-500000 hen’s egg laying hens were cleaned with manure, manure removal by conveyer and manual cleaning For 85.83,84.00 and 77.72, there was no significant difference between the three kinds of cleaning technology (P> 0.05). This study can provide references for the selection of manure removal technology in layer farms of different sizes and different regions.
