目的:优化银杏叶中黄酮和萜内酯类成分的提取工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以总黄酮醇苷和萜内酯类成分含量的综合评分为指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数、提取功率对提取工艺的影响。结果:优化出的提取工艺为:70%乙醇超声提取1次,每次20 min,超声提取功率为150 W。结论:该试验优化的工艺合理、可行,为银杏叶的研究提供有效的数据参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of flavonoids and terpene lactones in Ginkgo biloba leaves. Methods: Based on the single factor test, taking the comprehensive score of total flavonoid glycosides and terpene lactones as indexes, the effects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction times and extraction powers on the extraction process were investigated. Results: The optimized extraction process was as follows: 70% ethanol was extracted once by ultrasonic for 20 min and ultrasonic extraction power was 150 W. Conclusion: The optimized process of this experiment is reasonable and feasible, which provides an effective data reference for the research of Ginkgo biloba.
