随着学前教育的不断重视,幼儿教师的专业化发展也受到了广泛的重视,教师的入职标准,教师的培养和培训等都亟待得到规范和提高。本文对大陆和香港幼儿教师的发展状况进行了对比和分析。
With the continuous attention of pre-school education, kindergarten teachers’ specialization development has also received widespread attention.
