分析了微弱脉冲电流堆积法测量原理,推导了该测量方式下的解析表达式,给出了各种不同参数下的微弱脉冲电流源基本测量电路的设计原则和相应的最佳可测灵敏度。结合相关处理技术,可进一步提高测量灵敏度。
The measurement principle of weak pulse current accumulation method is analyzed. The analytical expression of this method is deduced. The design principle and the best measurable sensitivity of the basic measurement circuit for weak pulse current source under different parameters are given. With the relevant processing technology, can further improve the measurement sensitivity.
