新时期医疗事业的迅速发展,使得人们对医院的思想政治工作越来越关注,只有不断的加强思想政治工作,才能更好的保障工作的顺利进行。医院政治工作的主要部分就是医院的政工干部,政工的素质高低就代表了医院的思想政治工作强弱,政工干部的素质高低对医院的和谐发展和安全稳定都有着很重要的作用。提高医院的思想教育工作其关键就是提高政工干部们的素质,在新时期的发展下,医院的政工干部需要不断的提高工作方法和自己的基本素质。本文分析了医院的政工干部需要具有的基本素质和工作方法,以及现在情况下医院的政工干部存在的问题和一些相应的解决措施。
The rapid development of medical undertakings in the new era makes people pay more and more attention to ideological and political work in hospitals. Only by constantly strengthening ideological and political work can we better ensure the smooth progress of our work. The main part of the hospital political work is the political cadres in the hospital. The quality of the political work represents the strength of the ideological and political work in the hospital. The quality of the political cadres plays an important role in the harmonious development and safety and stability of the hospital. The key to improve ideological education in hospitals is to improve the quality of political and cadres. In the new period of development, the political cadres in hospitals need to continuously improve their working methods and their own basic qualifications. This article analyzes the basic quality and working methods that the political cadres in the hospital need to have, as well as the existing problems of the political cadres in the hospital and some corresponding solutions.
