为了推广 5 0 0级螺旋肋钢筋在实际工程中的应用 ,按照相关规范 ,对其基本材性及其作主筋的受弯构件承载力及裂缝、刚度等性能进行了试验研究 .试验表明 ,螺旋肋钢筋锚固性能优良、延性好 ;其受弯构件具有较好的受力性能及延性表现 .通过与现行规范的对比计算可见 ,此类钢筋作主筋的受弯构件可按现行规范 (GBJ 1 0 - 89)进行设计 ,钢筋设计强度偏于安全取为 36 0MPa ,可广泛用于平板及小梁等非预应力构件 .
In order to promote the application of 500 grade helical rib steel bars in practical engineering, the basic material properties, the bearing capacity of the bent members with reinforcement, and the properties of cracks and stiffness were studied in accordance with the relevant specifications.Experiments showed that, The spiral ribbed steel bars have excellent anchoring performance and good ductility, and the flexural members have good mechanical properties and ductility. Comparing with the existing specifications, it can be seen that the flexural members with the reinforcing bars of such steel bars can be reinforced according to the existing code 1 0 - 89) design, the design strength of steel tend to be partial to safety 36 0MPa, can be widely used in non-prestressed components such as slab and trabecular.
