目的:了解我国不同地区检测碘强化食盐中碘含量的技术水平,确保各地含碘食盐中碘量测定的准确性、可比性以及加强碘盐的质量管理。方法:以分析参照物(ARM)作为考核样品分发到四川、甘肃、贵州、宁夏、浙江等省的实验室,参加质控的实验室采用各自常规检测方法。结果:经统计处理,各实验室测定结果的重复性和再现性均符合要求。参加质控的8个实验室的回收率范围为(94.5~101.3)%,所有实验室均通过了精密度和准确度的质量控制。采用Youden双样法检验,室间的测定结果不存在显著性差异。结论:参加质控的8个实验室的结果均符合要求,质控结果满意。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the technical level of detection of iodine in iodized salt in different regions of our country, to ensure the accuracy and comparability of iodine determination in iodine-containing salt and to strengthen the quality control of iodized salt. Methods: Analytical reference material (ARM) was used as the assessment sample to be distributed to laboratories in Sichuan, Gansu, Guizhou, Ningxia and Zhejiang provinces. The quality control laboratories adopted their own routine testing methods. Results: After statistical analysis, the repeatability and reproducibility of the results of all the laboratories met the requirements. The recovery rates of the eight laboratories participating in quality control ranged from 94.5% to 101.3%. All laboratories passed the quality control of precision and accuracy. Using Youden two-sample test, there was no significant difference between the two test results. Conclusion: The results of the eight laboratories participating in quality control met the requirements and the quality control results were satisfactory.
