前言近年来养鳗事业发展很快,已成为我省水产出口创汇的拳头产品之一。为逐渐实现鳗鱼饲料国产化,省水产厅1984年下达《成鳗配合饲料研究》的课题,由我所承担研制。鉴于国际上鳗用的优质蛋白源—北洋鱼粉(白鱼粉)的供应日益紧张,国外许多学者都在探讨利用其他鱼粉代替北洋鱼粉的研究动向,为使研究工作符合国情、适应新的发展趋向,使将来原料的来源更为广泛和稳定,确定以红鱼粉为基础开展研究。自1984—1987年,历时4年,经过了蛋白源筛选、配方制定、中间试验和应省水产厅要求试产小批量进行多点验证等四个阶段。筛选出R鱼粉为鳗用蛋白源,研究解决了R鱼粉为蛋白源的技术难点和成鳗饲料的配制技术,筛选出F—802成鳗饲料(以下简称F—802饲料)。1986年在莆田县江口进行中间试验,与白鱼粉配制的上海产“丰”牌成鳗饲料(以下简称对照饲料)进行对比,省水产厅于1986年11月6日主持了现场验收。1987年试产175吨在莆田县江口、涵江和漳州等地11个养鳗场进行饲养验证,省水产厅于11月8日又主持了现场验收。本文就F—802饲料的形成,它与对照饲料在饲养效果、生物学指标和品质上的分析比较,小批量试产多点验证结果,经济效益和研究意义等作出报告,具体如下:
Foreword In recent years eel eager to develop very quickly, has become the province’s aquatic products export one of the leading products. The provincial Fisheries Agency hosted the on-site inspection on November 6, Trial production of 175 tons in 1987 in Putian County Jiangkou, Hanjiang and Zhangzhou and other places 11 eel farm breeding verification, Provincial Fisheries Agency on November 8 and hosted the scene acceptance. In this paper, we report the formation of F-802 feed, its comparison with the control feed in the aspects of feeding effect, biological index and quality, multi-point test result in small-batch pilot production, economic benefit and research significance.
