目的:研究偏瘫康复丸对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用,并观察对脑组织VEGF和c-fos蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用左侧大脑中动脉插入栓线(MCAO)方法制作大鼠脑缺血-再灌注模型,观察偏瘫康复丸对脑缺血大鼠神经功能的影响;用免疫组化法检测各组大鼠脑组织中VEGF和c-fos阳性细胞数量。结果:偏瘫康复丸可降低大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤行为学评分,改善因缺血所致神经行为功能缺失,并可以显著减少VEGF和c-fos阳性细胞数量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:偏瘫康复丸对脑缺血损伤的保护作用与降低VEGF和c-fos表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of hemiplegia rehabilitation pill on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and to observe the effect on the expression of VEGF and c-fos protein in brain tissue. Methods: The rat model of cerebral ischemia - reperfusion was established by inserting middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) into the left middle cerebral artery and the neurological function of rats was observed. The number of VEGF and c-fos positive cells in rat brain tissue. Results: The hemiplegia Rehabilitation Pill can reduce the behavioral score of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and improve the neurobehavioral deficits induced by ischemia, and can significantly reduce the number of VEGF and c-fos positive cells (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The protective effect of Hemipi Kangfu Pills on cerebral ischemia injury is related to the decrease of VEGF and c-fos expression.
