以实验室工作为基础 ,结合湘钢冷镦钢生产工艺对影响湘钢冷镦钢质量的两个主要工艺因素即连铸结晶器卷渣与线材轧制过程中不均匀冷却进行了分析讨论。结晶器卷渣形成大型夹杂 ,破坏了钢的连续性 ;线材轧制过程中不均匀冷却造成线材内部晶粒尺寸相差悬殊 ,力学性能不均匀 ,这些都是造成冷镦开裂的重要影响因素
Based on laboratory work and combined with the cold heading steel production technology of Xiangtan Iron and Steel, two main process factors that affect the quality of cold heading steel in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Company, namely continuous casting mold slag rolling and uneven cooling during wire rod rolling were analyzed and discussed. Large inclusions in the mold entangles form the steel and the continuity of the steel is destroyed. Inhomogeneous cooling in the wire rod rolling process causes great differences in the grain sizes of the wires and uneven mechanical properties, which are all the important influencing factors of the cold heading and cracking
