目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽对乳腺癌化疗患者毒副作用的预防作用。方法共收集68例乳腺癌患者,采用A-B,B-A4周期CE方案化疗。A周期联用还原型谷胱甘肽,B周期联用肌苷。观察A、B周期下患者的血液、胃肠、心脏毒性及免疫功能。结果A、B周期下患者白细胞、血红蛋白、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的异常率,胃肠毒性的发生率,心功能异常率及外周血T淋巴细胞核仁区酸性非组蛋白活性间差异均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽可有效预防乳腺癌化疗引起的毒副作用的发生。
Objective To observe the preventive effect of reduced glutathione on the side effects of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 68 breast cancer patients were collected and treated with A-B and B-A4 cycles of CE regimen. A cycle combined with reduced glutathione, B cycle with inosine. Observe the patient’s blood, gastrointestinal, cardiotoxicity and immune function in A and B cycles. Results The abnormal rates of leucocyte, hemoglobin and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), the incidence of gastrointestinal toxicity, the rate of abnormal cardiac function and the acid non-histone protein activity in nucleolar zone of T lymphocytes in A and B cycles were significantly different Sexual significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Reduced glutathione can effectively prevent the side effects of chemotherapy induced by breast cancer.
