我国民间有句老话:“当家度日七件事,柴米油盐酱醋茶。”此话说明,茶在我国人民的生活中,是不可缺少的。茶叶的历史,同我国的文明一样悠久。我们的祖先,很早就领略到茶叶的隽味。隋唐以前,饮茶方式和现在不一样,那时是把茶叶研成粉末冲煮后饮用的。因此,古人用“晴窗雪乳”来描述茶叶冲泡后的情景。到了宋代,才慢慢地出现了今天这样把茶叶泡来喝的方式。我们今天这样的喝法,大约盛行于元朝以后。我国的茶叶,按照制法和茶叶的形状、颜色,大体上可以分为6种:一是绿茶,是直接用新鲜嫩叶、芽尖烘焙而成的。二是红茶,红茶并不是用天生的红色茶叶做的,而是采下后让它堆着自然发酵、氧化,然后加工制做的。三是乌龙茶,这是一种处于红茶与绿茶之间的半发酵茶叶,用特殊的方法处理,香味久
