本文通过对有限沉默权的概念、国外沉默权立法模式及我国国情的分析,认为中国应建立有限沉默权制度,并对我国如何建立有限沉默权制度的模式进行设想,力图从具体方案中寻求适合我国国情的有限沉默权制度。
Through the analysis of the concept of the limited right of silence, the legislative mode of the right of silence in foreign countries and the national conditions of our country, this paper argues that China should establish a system of limited rights of silence and envisage how to establish a limited right to silence system in our country.
