去年12月,中共中央政治局常委、国家副主席曾庆红在四川考察时,对峨眉山市“支部加协会”的做法给予了充分肯定。年初,中央联合调研组对四川农村“支部加协会”的工作情况进行了深入细致的调查,并形成专题调查报告,将此作为推动农村党建与经济发展并进的经验向全国推广。本刊时原文进行了部分删改,以期为各市、州学习借鉴提供有益的帮助。
