用WJ—10型机械式拉力试验机的自动绘图装置绘制拉伸曲线,由曲线确定P_(0.2)值的试验中发现自动记录绘制的曲线在弹性阶段不成直线,见图1。所确定的P_(0.2)值,比用引伸计确定的要偏高。 1 自动记录曲线的斜率小于引伸计测定绘制的曲线斜率。假设用引伸计测定绘制的曲线误差忽略不计。那么,自动记录的曲线斜率小,说明它的变形大。除试样的变形外还有其他变形。 2 自动记录曲线中,屈服负荷前的一段无纯直线部分,即负荷和变形不成正比关系。
Tensile curve was drawn by automatic drawing device of WJ-10 type mechanical tensile testing machine. P_ (0.2) value was determined by curve test. It was found that the curve of automatic record drawing was not straight in the elastic phase. The value of P_ (0.2) was higher than that of extensometer. 1 The slope of the automatic recording curve is less than the slope of the curve plotted by the extensometer. Assume that the curve error measured with an extensometer is negligible. Well, the slope of the curve that is automatically recorded is small, indicating that its deformation is large. In addition to the deformation of the sample there are other variants. 2 automatically record the curve, before yielding a straight section of non-pure, that is not proportional to the load and deformation.
