砌块墙受内在或外来因素影响会产生变形.所谓内在因素,主要是温度和湿度的变化;外来因素常是相邻构件的位移或变形.在多数情况下,这些因素是同时作用的.当单个砌块还没砌到墙上时,内在因素只会引起产品尺寸的改变,但是用砂浆砌到墙上后,外界约束就会限制整个墙体自由变形,再加上与之毗连的梁或楼板受力后变形或基础下沉的影响,墙壁就会产生裂缝.
