2015年德阳市县级公共场所集中空调通风系统污染现状分析

目的了解德阳市县级公共场所集中空调通风系统污染现状,为基层集中空调通风系统卫生监管提供科学依据。方法 2015-07,随机抽取12户县级公共场所集中空调通风系统,按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(WS394-2012)的规定,抽样检测空调送风细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌,风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数和冷却水中嗜肺军团菌卫生指标。结果德阳市12户县级公共场所集中空调通风系统,抽检卫生指标全部合格的为2户,合格率为16.67%;冷却水中均未检出嗜肺军团菌,合格率为100%;送风细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌合格率分别为72.22%、44.44%和100%;风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为100.00%、100.00%、97.22%。风管送风细菌总数、真菌总数合格率均低于风管内表面细菌总数、真菌总数合格率,差异有统计学意义。结论德阳市县级公共场所集中空调通风系统送风污染较为严重,尤以真菌总数污染为主,加强送风相关设备的清洗消毒与卫生监督管理,对人群卫生防病具有深远的意义。 Objective To understand the pollution status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places at county level in Deyang city and to provide a scientific basis for health supervision of grass-roots centralized air conditioning and ventilation system. Methods From July 2015 to July 2007, 12 centralized county-level public places centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems were selected. According to the regulations of Hygienic Standard for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Public Places (WS394-2012), the total number of airborne airborne bacteria, total fungi, Hemolytic streptococcus, duct dust on the inner surface, the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi and cooling water Legionella pneumophila health indicators. Results In 12 county-level public places in Deyang city, the centralized air-conditioning ventilation system was selected and all the health indicators of sampling were qualified. The pass rate was 16.67%, no Legionella pneumophila was detected in the cooling water, and the pass rate was 100% The total number of fungi, β-hemolytic streptococci qualified rate were 72.22%, 44.44% and 100% respectively. The dust, the total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi in the air duct were 100.00%, 100.00% and 97.22% respectively. The total number of air supply bacteria, the total number of fungi pass rate were lower than the total number of bacteria on the surface of the duct, the total number of fungi pass rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Deyang city centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system in the public places more serious air supply, especially in the total number of fungal pollution, to strengthen the air-related equipment, cleaning and disinfection and health supervision and management of the health and disease prevention is of far-reaching significance.
