针对贵州某土石方工程的爆破,分析了装药结构、地质构造、孔网参数和网路连接方式对爆破效果和爆破成本的影响,提出了对应的控制措施。结果表明:采用合理的装药结构,使单位岩石消耗炸药量从0.41kg变为0.23kg,爆破成本节省了19.4%,有效避免了根底的发生,解决了块度大、炸药单消耗量高的问题,达到了控制爆破成本的目的。
According to the blasting of a earthwork project in Guizhou, the influence of charge structure, geological structure, pore network parameters and network connection method on blasting efficiency and blasting cost is analyzed and the corresponding control measures are put forward. The results show that the reasonable charge structure can reduce the unit explosive charge from 0.41kg to 0.23kg and the blasting cost can be saved by 19.4%, which effectively avoids the occurrence of the basement and solves the problems of large block size and high single explosive consumption The problem has reached the purpose of controlling the cost of blasting.
