文章阐述了公立医院从传统人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变。分析了公立医院现行人力资源建设中存在的问题,导致人力资源配置缺乏效能。针对存在的问题提出了改进对策,切实起到优化人力资源配置的作用。
The article expounds the change of public hospital from the traditional personnel management to the modern human resource management. The existing problems in the current human resources construction in public hospitals are analyzed, which leads to the lack of efficiency in the allocation of human resources. In view of the existing problems, we put forward some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of human resources allocation.
