我们选用15MnTi低合金钢,采用插销试验法对该钢材的Z向 (钢板厚度方向)及L向(钢板轧制方向)进行了试验。同时用T507电焊条在含氢量不同的条件下进行了焊接。对插销试件的断口,用扫描电境进行了分析。
We chose 15MnTi low-alloy steel, using the pin test method of the steel Z direction (sheet thickness direction) and L direction (steel rolling direction) were tested. At the same time with T507 welding electrodes in different hydrogen content of the welding conditions. The fracture of the bolt specimen was analyzed by scanning electron.
