社会实践课是上海电大开放专科各专业的重要教学内容,主要包括社会调查和毕业作业,它是培养学生结合实际、运用所学知识提出问题、分析问题和解决问题能力的课程。但是,在教学实践中,由于学生面临突出的工学矛盾和自身实践能力弱等方面的问题,社会实践课存在着未完成率高、选题与专业无关、文章质量偏低等方面的问题,致使教学达不到理想的效果,并且还严重影响了上海电大提出的“社会调查———毕业作业一体化”教学方案的实施。
