用流式细胞计技术研究了CD23在新制备的小鼠脾脏B细胞的表达及B细胞活化过程中CD23表达的变化,发现脾脏B细胞形成CD23 ̄+和CD23 ̄-两个主要细胞群,CD23 ̄+细胞主要存在于浮力密度较高的小B细胞群中,而CD23 ̄-B细胞则主要为浮力密度较低的大B细胞。用细菌脂多糖刺激新制备的脾脏B细胞,可诱导CD23表达的丢失。脾脏B细胞受细菌脂多糖刺激后细胞逐渐增大,在最初24hCD23的表达提高,但随后降低直至丧失。结果表明,B细胞活化后CD23的表达丧失,可作为B细胞活化的一个特异性标志。
Flow cytometry was used to study the expression of CD23 in newly-prepared mouse spleen B cells and the expression of CD23 during B cell activation. The results showed that splenic B cells formed CD23 + and CD23 ~ The majority of cells were found in small B cells with higher buoyant densities, while CD23B cells were mainly large B cells with lower buoyancy. Stimulation of freshly prepared splenic B cells with bacterial lipopolysaccharide induces the loss of CD23 expression. After spleen B cells were stimulated by bacterial lipopolysaccharide, the cells gradually increased, and the expression of CD23 increased initially but then decreased until it was lost. The results showed that the expression of CD23 after the activation of B cells was lost and could be used as a specific marker of B cell activation.
