(陕西省人民政府一九五三年四月九日以府祕羣字第○七六號通報)本署為了做好處理人民來信和接見人民工作,密切政府與人民群众的聯系,根據中央人民政府政務院「关於處理人民來信和接見人民工作的决定」及省府府祕字第二二三號指示精神製定本辦法。(一)在本署門口設立人民問事處。由祕書室指定幹部負責处理人民來信和接見人民群众,并督催檢查此類工作。(二)接見人民工作:1.本署傳達室對要求接見的羣群众,有傳達、引見、及招待責任。2.本署各科室對一切問事人民,均須熱情歡迎,和藹接待,耐心地問明來由,分別問題性质予以適當處理;反對推諉、冷淡和拖延的工作作風。

All departmental departments of the Department should warmly welcome, kindly ask, be patiently asked about the nature of each issue and treat all people who ask for help, and oppose pushing, indifference and procrastination.
