Kunming Shanhai Capsule is composed of extracts of Kunming Mountain Begonia, Epimedium and other drugs. It has obvious curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis. For the purpose of clinical safe drug use, the microbial reverse mutation test (Ames test), the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus (PCE-MN) test, and the mouse bone marrow cell sister chromatid exchange (SCE) test were performed according to the requirements of the new drug approval method.
