本文报告了5例异基因骨髓移植后的移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)。急性于移值后10～38天发病,慢性于移植后105～160天发病。主要表现为各种皮损、肝功损害及腹泻等。并结合文献对GVHD的防治等问题进行了讨论。
This article reports five cases of graft versus host disease (GVHD) after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Acute in 10 to 38 days after the onset of the disease, chronic disease 105 to 160 days after transplantation. Mainly for a variety of skin lesions, liver damage and diarrhea. And the literature on prevention and treatment of GVHD and other issues were discussed.
