[目的]探讨球孢白僵菌菌株的生物学特性与其对家蚕致病力的关系,为家蚕白僵病的防治提供科学依据。[方法]从我国各地收集6个白僵菌杀虫剂,并以广西养蚕区采集3个僵蚕样品,对从中分离纯化的菌株进行形态观察和分子鉴定,同时对家蚕进行致病力测定,比较各菌株菌落直径、产孢量、胞外蛋白酶产生水平等生物学特征指标的差异。[结果]获得的9个分离菌株均为球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana Vuillemin);各菌株对家蚕都有较强致病力,且致病力有一定差异;各菌株菌落生长直径、产孢量及胞外蛋白酶活性均存在较大差异,并与其对家蚕的致病力之间存在相关关系。[结论]各菌株产孢量和胞外蛋白酶活性与其对家蚕的致病力之间存在显著正相关。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the relationship between the biological characteristics of Beauveria bassiana and its pathogenicity to silkworm, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of white stiff bean disease. [Method] Six Beauveria bassiana insecticides were collected from all over China. Three silkworm samples were collected from Guangxi sericiculture area. Morphological and molecular identification of the strains isolated from them were carried out. The pathogenicity of silkworm The differences of the biological characteristics such as colony diameter, sporulation amount and extracellular protease production of each strain were compared. [Result] All the nine isolates were identified as Beauveria bassiana Vuillemin. Each strain had strong pathogenicity to silkworm, and had certain difference in pathogenicity. The diameter of colonies, Amount and extracellular protease activity are quite different, and its relationship with the pathogenicity of silkworm there is a correlation. [Conclusion] There was a significant positive correlation between sporulation amount and extracellular protease activity of each strain and its pathogenicity to silkworm.
