在丰城蛟湖公社进行巡回医疗中,对有机磷农药中毒的患者,主要用大剂量的阿托品治疗,效果均满意,现挑选资料比较完整的13例作一分析报导. 临床资料 13例均为男性,年龄19～30岁占8例,31～36岁占5例,均因在棉花地里未按操作规程喷洒农药所致.计1605中毒5人,1059中毒8人.接触农药时间2～12小时3例,13～24小时6例,32～36小时2例,4～6天2例.从临床症状出现到接受治疗时间,1/2～1小时5例,2～3小时3例,4～6小时3例,8小时2例,中毒症状典型,见表1.
