观察中药加激光疗法对急性脑梗塞的疗效，将确诊为脑梗塞患者６２ 例随机分为脑络通Ⅰ号汤配合ＩＬＩＢ治疗组（３２例）和西药对照组（３０例）进行比较，结果治疗组总有效率为１００％，对照组为７６．７％，两者比较有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），治疗组凝血成分及血脂较对照组明显下降，有显著性差异。
To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine plus laser therapy on acute cerebral infarction. Sixty-two patients diagnosed as cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 32) and the control group of ILIB (n = 30) The total effective rate was 100% in the control group and 76.7% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The coagulation components and blood lipids in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference.
