在铁水中加入0.1%硼促使全白口的前提下,采用阶梯式浇注系统、合理的合金元素加入顺序、特殊的冶炼和强制冷却工艺,研制出了光谱分析用合金铸铁标准物质。观察了试样金相显微组织。结果表明:该合金铸铁标准物质组织致密、白口化程度良好。经极差法和方差法检验,各元素均匀性良好。因此研制的该标准物质适用于合金铸铁在生产中的检验。
Addition of 0.1% boron in molten iron to make all white mouth under the premise of using ladder pouring system, reasonable alloying elements to join the order, special smelting and forced cooling process, developed a standard analytical alloy cast iron reference material. The microstructure of the sample was observed. The results show that the standard cast iron alloy has dense structure and good whiteness. The method of variance and variance test, the elements of good uniformity. Therefore, the development of the standard material for the test of alloy cast iron in the production.
