为研究链球菌组蛋白样蛋白 (HlpA)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ)体外产生白细胞介素 6(IL 6)的影响 ,将不同质量浓度的HlpA和 (或 )LTA放入培养的细胞中 ,作用不同时间后收集上清液 ,用IL 6依赖株 7TD1细胞测定样品IL 6活性。结果显示 ,链球菌HlpA( 0~ 1 0 0mg/L)在体外以剂量和时间依赖方式促进MΦ产生IL 6。LTA和HlpA的混合物对IL 6的产生呈协同增强作用 ;肝素则起抑制作用
