目的:探讨非糖尿病性巨大儿及其母亲的临床特征及相关因素。方法:对近3年出生的355例非糖尿病性巨大儿或其母亲及随机选择同期出生的355例正常体重儿或其母亲的资料进行回顾性对照分析。结果:非糖尿病性巨大儿的平均胎龄、体重、身高、双顶径及男性比例均显著高于对照组;其母亲的平均孕龄、身高、孕末期体重指数及围产期发病率、剖宫产率均显著高于对照组。结论:非糖尿病性巨大儿是生长发育全面成熟且有生机活力的,以男性为多;其发生与母亲的孕龄、身高、产次等非糖尿病性因素有关,并可导致其母亲围产期发病率、剖宫产率显著增高;积极预防非糖尿病性巨大儿的发生是降低围产期发病率和提高产科质量的重要措施之一。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features and related factors of non-diabetic giant children and their mothers. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 355 non-diabetic hypertensive children or their mothers born in the recent 3 years and 355 normal weight infants or their mothers randomly selected at the same period. Results: The average gestational age, weight, height, biparietal diameter and male ratio of non-diabetic giant children were significantly higher than those of the control group. The average gestational age, height, body mass index at the end of the third trimester, Palace production rates were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: Non-diabetic macrosomia is fully mature and vitality growth and development, with more males; its occurrence is related to non-diabetic factors such as gestational age, height and delivery time of mothers, and can lead to the mother’s perinatal period Incidence and cesarean section rate was significantly increased; actively prevent the occurrence of non-diabetic giant children is one of the important measures to reduce the incidence of perinatal and improve the quality of obstetrics.
