选择一报废水罐作试验罐体,进行钢质水罐内衬聚合物水泥砂浆衬里防腐的工业性试验研究。通过一定的施工工艺过程将罐体内壁用干法喷涂上由三层结构的复合衬里,而后在放空和充水两种情况下测试环向和轴向应变,将得出的试验数据列表,绘制曲线并进行分析,结果表明,用于防腐的聚合物水泥砂浆衬里,在水罐正常工作情况下不会受温度、应变的影响而脱落。对油田采用该种技术防止水罐腐蚀的经济效益及应用前景进行了简要的分析和预测。
