设计文件是施工建设的先决性指导文件,虽然都经过反复的论证,但因传统的设计观念、个别项固设计周期很短等原因,容易使一些本应有更好方案的设计得不到优化。设计上的不合理往往会给施工带来恶性循环。比如工期无法合理安排,质量无法根本保证,有时在投资控制特别是施工成本上会产生较大差异。本文以笔者亲自参与建设的某高速公路个别分项设计文件与施工的实际情况,举例阐述设计对工程质量、进度和投资控制的影响及设计挖潜。
Although design documents are the prerequisite guidance documents for construction construction, they have been repeatedly demonstrated. However, due to the traditional design concepts and the short design cycles of individual items, some designs that should have better solutions can not be easily optimized . The unreasonable design often leads to a vicious cycle of construction. Such as construction period can not be reasonably arranged, the quality can not be guaranteed, sometimes in the investment control, especially construction costs will have a greater difference. In this paper, I personally involved in the construction of an expressway individual sub-project design documents and construction of the actual situation, for example, illustrates the design of the project quality, schedule and investment control and design tapping potential.
