本文结合当前国家在事业单位推行岗位设置管理和绩效工资制度改革,对促进事业单位干部队伍建设的作用进行了深入的分析和思考,提出了解决存在问题的一些思路和方法。
Based on the reform of job setting management and performance salary system in institutions in our country, this paper analyzes and thinks deeply about the function of promoting cadre team construction in institutions and puts forward some ideas and methods to solve the existing problems.
