液晶显示器(LCD)图像清晰美观,功耗低,体积小,在仪器仪表行业中得到越来越广泛的应用.对LCD性能、参数的要求也越来越高,生产厂家对LCD的检测手段也需相应地发生一些变化.目前大批量LCD的检测只是检查其外观和显示内容的正确性,如外形尺寸是否在误差允许范围内,显示时是否掉段或短路等.上电测试明的是静态驱动方式.即不论LCD的驱动路数(DUTY)和偏压门(BIAS)是多少,均用静态波形去驱动,这就可能会同用户的实际显示效果有些差别,有些问题如交叉感应、游离短路等,可能会测不出来.为提高产品的质量和可靠性,我们用单片机系统做了一系列简易测试仪,仿真实际用户的使用,从用户使用角度定性地检测LCD.现以其中一款为例说明系统功能和设计思路.
