肠黏膜炎是癌症化疗后常见的一种并发症,有较高的发病率,偶发死亡。及早的预防和有效的治疗能够明显改善患者的生活质量及提高患者的生存率。海参类是传统的的海产品食物,既有较高的营养价值又有药用价值。来自海参类的岩藻依聚糖(SC-FUC)有多种生物活性,能够对肠黏膜起保护作用。因此,为了发现海参类的SC-FUC对化疗后肠黏膜损伤的保护作用机制,来自中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院的Zuo等利用建立好的小鼠化疗后肠黏膜炎模型进行研究。研究首先建立一个环磷酰胺化疗药物导致肠黏膜炎的小鼠模型。小鼠模型分为实验组和对照组,实验组在小鼠食物里
