Brenner 氏瘤是妇科一种少见的卵巢良性原发性肿瘤。而恶性 Brenner 氏瘤因极为罕见,国内外均极少报道。现将我院收治的卵巢恶性 Brenner 氏瘤3例报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料3例恶性 Brenner 氏瘤,年龄分别为78岁、64岁、51岁。平均年龄为64.3岁。2例已绝经19年、29年。3例均有阴道反复出血,色暗红,血水样。1例伴腰痛及小腹痛。妇科检查:2例发现下腹部包块,1例右侧盆腔包块。分别为10×6.5×4.5cm、15×10×8cm、13×11×10cm。活动差,表面凹凸不平。血沉:40～60mm/第1小时,60～65mm/第2小时之间。B 超:均报告恶性 Brenner’s tumor is a rare gynecological benign ovarian tumor.
