某厂从意大利纳萨蒂引进了6台800吨压砖机;该机属主缸与活动横梁为浮动连接方式。在对过渡球面进行清洗换油时发现4台压砖机连接主缸的螺栓有断裂现象,多则断4个,少则断2个,其中1台过渡球面出现裂纹,致使过渡球面不能使用。现对上述现象分析原因如下,供同行参考。 1.排气方式的影响。由于该机采用了预压橡胶反弹力进行排气;靠人工来调节两边大螺帽的高度进行排气,有时出现两边高度不一致,形成人为一高一低现象,则在压制过程中,使活动横梁可能出现倾斜现象。 2.当压砖机出现前后晃动不稳定时,调节4个带有蝶型弹簧的螺栓出现偏差,使得横梁与主缸接合面左右间隙不一样,在压制过程中产生两
