目的:了解万州区农村学校自备供水卫生与水质状况,分析其存在安全卫生问题,为政府制订相关政策提供科学依据。方法:于2012年5-6月对万州区30家农村学校自备供水单位卫生管理、设施设备等情况开展现场卫生学调查,对其出厂水进行抽样检验,依据国家GB5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》进行评价。结果:万州区农村学校自备供水出厂水样合格率3.33%(1/30),感官性状与一般化学指标合格率86.67%(26/30),毒理学指标合格率96.67%(29/30),微生物指标合格率10%(3/30),消毒指标合格率仅6.67%(2/30)。结论:万州区农村学校自备供水水质合格率很低,学校供水存在安全隐患。建议政府及相关部门要加以高度重视,各职能部门要切实加强农村学校自备供水监管力度,建立饮用水安全卫生保障机制,着力落实饮用水消毒措施,防止介水疾病的发生,确保农村学校学生身体健康和生命安全。
Objective: To understand the hygiene and water quality of self-provided water supply in rural schools in Wanzhou District, analyze its existing health and safety issues, and provide a scientific basis for the government to formulate relevant policies. Methods: From May to June 2012, on-site hygiene investigations were conducted on the hygiene management, facilities and equipment of 30 self-provided water supply units in rural schools in Wanzhou District. Sampling tests were carried out on their ex-factory water. According to the national standard GB5749-2006 “Domestic Drinking Water Health standards ”for evaluation. Results: The passing rate of water sample produced by rural schools in Wanzhou District was 3.33% (1/30), the pass rate of sensory traits and general chemical indicators was 86.67% (26/30), the pass rate of toxicology indicators was 96.67% (29/30) , Microbial indicators pass rate of 10% (3/30), disinfection indicators pass rate of only 6.67% (2/30). Conclusion: The qualified rate of self-provided water quality of rural schools in Wanzhou District is very low and there is a potential safety hazard in school water supply. It is suggested that the government and relevant departments should attach great importance to all functional departments should effectively strengthen the rural school-owned water supply supervision, establish drinking water safety and health protection mechanisms, efforts to implement drinking water disinfection measures to prevent the occurrence of water-borne diseases to ensure that rural school students Good health and safety of life.
