以线膨胀仪和动态粘弹谱仪测定了端乙烯基聚氨基甲酸酯/聚苯乙烯网状共聚物(VTPU/PS)的动态力学性能及热膨胀行为,研究了溶胶组分对共聚物两组分相容险及热膨胀行为的影响。VTPU/PS共聚物是具有双玻璃比温变(T_g)的部分互容的两组体系。含10%以上溶胶组分的共聚物具有优异的力学阻尼性能。溶胶组分使两相的相容性得以改善,可使试样热膨胀曲线上T_(g2)处的收缩消失,从而有利于这种网状共聚物在工程上的实际应用。
The dynamic mechanical properties and thermal expansion behavior of terminal vinyl-based polyurethane / polystyrene network copolymer (VTPU / PS) were measured by linear dilatometer and dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy. Component compatibility risk and thermal expansion behavior. VTPU / PS copolymer is a two-part system that has a partial compatibility with a double glass temperature change (T_g). Copolymers containing more than 10% of the sol component have excellent mechanical damping properties. The sol composition can improve the compatibility of the two phases and the disappearance of the shrinkage at the T_ (g2) of the thermal expansion curve of the sample, which is beneficial to the practical application of the network copolymer in engineering.
