高校领导班子是高校改革、建设、发展的决策者、组织者和推动者。提高领导班子科学发展能力,对于建设高水平大学意义重大。要加强思想政治建设,建设学习型领导班子;加强民主集中制,建设团结高效的领导班子;加强党内监督,建设勤政廉洁的领导班子;加强调查研究,建设求真务实的领导班子;加强战略谋划,建设开拓创新的领导班子,从而推动学校又好又快发展。
The leading group in colleges and universities is the decision-maker, organizer and promoter of the reform, construction and development of colleges and universities.
