钢包喷粉是钢水精炼方法之一。钢包喷粉用喷枪是喷粉技术中的关键部件。在对高铝质、镁碳质,高铝石墨质所制成不同材质的组装喷枪进行模拟试验的基础上,选择了资源丰富、价格便宜和抗蚀性好的高铝石墨质作为工业用喷枪的喷头与套袖材质。喷枪的制作是以高铝熟料和石墨为原料,加入2~5%wt钢纤维及结合剂,经压制后,约在200℃下烘烤。每节组件尺寸为Φ200×270毫米,组装喷枪总长为2400毫米。这种喷枪成功地应用于上钢三厂20吨级钢包。喷枪平均寿命19次/支,侵蚀速度为0.28~0.50毫米/分钟。对石墨和钢纤维的作用以及喷枪的耐蚀性等进行了探讨。
