3月20日,由北京市社会科学院中国总部经济研究中心与北京方迪经济发展研究院共同研究的“北京丽泽商务区定位研究报告”出炉。报告指出,商务区开发建设的典型模式有两种,一是市场自发形成为主,后期政府引导。主要分布在城市中心城区,如纽约曼哈顿、香港中环。二是政府规划引导为主,主要分布在城市近郊区,如东京新宿、巴黎拉德芳斯。国际上商务区的发展演化在空间上由单核向多核发展,如右图所示:
On March 20, “Beijing Lize Business District Positioning Study” was jointly researched by Economic Research Center of China Academy of Social Sciences and Beijing Fangdi Economic Development Research Institute. The report pointed out that there are two typical modes for the development and construction of the business district: one is the spontaneous formation of the market and the latter is the guidance of the government. Mainly located in urban centers, such as Manhattan, New York, Hong Kong, Central. Second, government planning and guidance, mainly in the suburbs of cities, such as Tokyo Shinjuku, Paris La Défense.
